Sensei Rostohar with Naginata

The first time we met Sensei Rostohar was at a Shihan seminar with Brin Morgan and Natasha Tomarkin-Morgan in Slovenia, August 1998.
On the evening we were looking for a restaurant and we coincidentally chose that one where also Sensei Dean had dinner. Passing by his table he friendly started a short conversation about Ninjutsu and we talked about Austria and that there were no Bujinkan activities in those days. He invited us to Shihan seminar with Sveneric Bogsaeter in November 1998 in Zagreb/Croatia.
We took this chance, of course. In Zagreb we had the possibility to see, get to know and train with his students.  We saw the very high standard of Ninjutsu and were really impressed. Since we had no teacher at that time we thought: "It would be cool to become his students!".
He was very courteous and offered to help us whenever there is need. Since then he supports us with training videos, invites us to his seminars and training events.
In May 1999 we were honored to organize our first seminar with him in Austria.

Due to his teaching and encouragement we started to visit many different Bujinkan trainings in Croatia, Slovenia and Germany. We organize seminars in Austria (with different teachers) as well - and we keep on going.

We are very happy and honoured to be his students.
